Alex, a seasoned Monitoring and AIOps Engineer, is committed to driving solution adoption and enhancing customer experiences, ensuring optimal value from Entuity solutions and services. With a career spanning over 20 years, he brings rich expertise from various roles in Pre-sales and Services Delivery, including at notable companies such as BMC Software UK, Kraft Foods LATAM (Mondelez International), Electrolux South America, Atos, GVT (now Telefonica – Brazil), and Mandic Cloud Solutions (now Claranet).

Previously, Alex held the role of Solutions Architect for Entuity Product at Park Place Technologies, overseeing customer engagement, pre-sales, and commercial activities across EMEA and APAC territories. In June 2021, he joined BMC Software as a Lead Customer Success Manager after three and a half years working as a BMC partner. Now, Alex has returned to Park Place Technologies, taking on the role of Solutions Sales Executive for Entuity. This strategic move leverages his global perspective and extensive background in managing support, pre-sales, service delivery, project managers, and sales teams.

Born and raised in Brazil, Alex, who is half Brazilian and half Italian, moved to the UK in 2015. Fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish, he holds postgraduate degrees in Business with an emphasis in IT Management and Sales and Marketing, along with a degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics) from reputable institutions in Brazil. In addition, holds an ITIL 4 Foundation certification, and has published extensively in network performance and voice services.
