  1. Database - Store patient data
  - Each patient has a profile and their lab results
  - Tool: Supabase (free to start, Brazilian-friendly)
  - Stores: patient info, exam results, report history
  
  2. File upload + AI interpretation
  - You upload the PDF/image of the blood work
  - AI reads the values and maps them to the microbiome scores
  - Tool: Claude API (yes, the same AI behind this chat, you pay per use, very cheap)
  - The AI turns raw lab numbers into colored scores and recommendations automatically
  
  3. Patient portal - Secure private access
  - Each patient gets a private link or login
  - They see only their own report
  - Tool: Next.js (website framework) hosted on Vercel (free tier)
  
  4. Admin panel
  - You upload the exam, select the patient, click Generate
  - The report is created automatically and sent to the patient
  - No coding needed on your end after setup
