  I'm looking to hire a part-time full stack developer to support me on an ongoing project. This is a remote position.
  
  What you'll do:
  - Help build and maintain frontend and backend features with a focus on key areas.
  - Work with APIs, databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL), and UI components.
  - Assist in performance optimization, bug fixing, and adding new functionality as needed.
  
  Tech stack:
  - C# (.NET Core, ASP.NET)
  - MongoDB or PostgreSQL
  - React / Next.js (or similar)
  
  Project scope:
  - Duration: 3 months with potential to extend.
  - Estimated hours per week: 10-15 hours.
  - Immediate focus on API integration and UI component development.
  
  Budget: to be discussed.
  
  What I'm looking for:
  - Someone reliable for part-time work with clean coding practices and strong attention to detail.
  - Good communication during overlap hours (e.g., EST time zone).
  - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  
  Nice to have:
  - TypeScript, AWS/GCP, Redis experience.
