I need assistance conducting a focused nutrition-status study that integrates three data streams into a single clear report.
Deliverables
• Anthropometry: measure and record BMI and waist-to-hip ratio for adults, and weight-for-age and height-for-age for the children in the sample.
• Diet: collect one precise 24-hour dietary recall per participant using the multiple-pass method, and organise the entries in a nutrient-analysis spreadsheet.
• Clinical signs: document observable vitamin or mineral deficiency indicators and note physical signs linked to obesity or metabolic syndrome.
Once data collection is complete, analyse the figures (Excel, SPSS, or R are all acceptable), generate summary tables and graphs, interpret the findings against accepted reference values, and conclude with practical nutrition recommendations.
