With over four years working as a Business Development Manager for a merchant bank in São Paulo - Brazil, I had the opportunity to conduct negotiations with multinational companies which pursued investment opportunities in the Brazilian territory as well as assisted in developing business plans and market assessments. With over five years working as Bilingual Executive Assistant to the CEO of an
investment bank, I managed stakeholders at all levels and communicated with other CEO’s, Directors, Presidents and Prime Ministers, coordinated diary management, travel arrangements and expenses, reports and reconciliation of expenses and organised and managed boutique events as well.

My professional experience also includes over ten years’ working in Hospitality from Operations Manager, Event’s Coordinator, Venue Manager to working as a cabin crew for a high standard Middle Eastern International airline.

Living abroad for over fifteen years, between United States, Japan, Middle East and Australia, has improved my strong adaptability and awareness of cross-cultural issues, people’s management, and business development and management.

In my last work experience as Operations Manager for a renowned Hospitality Group in Australia, I was responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations of two establishments, managed personnel and their relationships amongst the entire team, making sure communication was clear within all stakeholders; I was responsible for developing strategies to minimize overspending and to optimize profit across the different areas of the business. - It was an essential part of my responsibility to create an effective rostering system, promotional events and propositions that could enhance extra revenue. I also developed and provided trainings to all personnel, looked over the financial aspect of the business according to a budget, identified and fixed processes and systems which impacted the achievement of the financial monthly target.

During my experience as a Special Events Coordinator for a major venue, The Grounds of Alexandria in Sydney, Australia, from Oct 2019 to March 2020, I planned and coordinated The Grounds Wedding Showcase – Feb
2020 – for 800 guests. I also dealt with all events service suppliers, drafted long-term agreements with suppliers, reported directly to the CEO, and I was involved in decisions of marketing strategies and worked together with the General Manager.

From February 2015 to September 2017, I had the great opportunity to join and work for a reputable Middle Eastern Airline as a cabin crew. It was an absolutely amazing experience, which expanded my cross-cultural awaresness, my decision-making hability and flexibility.

From March 2010 to Dec 2014, I was an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a merchant bank in São Paulo, Brazil. During that period, I took the role of New Business Development Manager, which carried out all negotiations with foreign investors and clients and designated foreign projects. Some of my accomplishments included the following:
- Successfully organised and hosted a meeting with Ivanka Trump (daughter of Donald Trump) in São Paulo, organised her agenda, transport, accommodation etc
- Organised the reception for a private celebrity event for F1 (Fernando Alonzo). This event had approximately
120 guests (all local VIP celebrities and F1 pilots) - being responsible for the entire event
including venue, catering and contacting the guests and their EA’s to confirm attendance, as well as the post-event follow-ups
- Coordinated and organised a private event for Sotheby’s (most renowned art gallery in NY) in São Paulo , which paintings such as Monet and Picasso were brought to be sold
to potential VIP guests. Small event for about 30 well-selected guests
- I was responsible for managing and coordinating the CEO’s calendar with internal and external clients
- Writing and sending externals emails on behalf of the CEO
- All administrative duties related to the role, including travel plans, writing proposals and other documentations, reports, preparing presentations etc
- Conducted and managed all client’s portfolios in relation to developing new business in the Brazilian territory
- Researched and conducted, along with the business development team, all business plans, market assessments and further development relations with Brazilian partners
- Organised strategic meetings and negotiations between parties involved, such as Governmental bodies, organisations, investors etc
