Executive assistant for fitness startup

I am Brazilian and I live in London. I run a UK based fitness startup called 360 Fitness. I am looking for an Executive Assistant.
Specifications:
- Brazilian (Portuguese speaker)
- English fluent (writing, talking, listening will be highly required)
- Basic understanding of fitness (also be a health and fit gym goer oneself)
- Personality
* Be responsive
* Detail-oriented, being able to follow instructions received over email
* Have initiative and be able to think for oneself, deliver the services with quality and care. Not just to get it done
* Supervise the other members of the team on my behalf:
* Content Creator analyst
* Video editors and reviews
* Marketing agency - Digital Marketing and Social Media (training will be required)
* Fitness Coaches
* Being able to respond to the tasks sent over email with "done" when done. And if the requested deadline cannot be accomplished, just let me know in advance
- Operational Tasks & Tools
* 360 Training App
* Clients Forum
* Whatsapp for Business
* Mail Marketing (Mailchimp)
* Jotform
* Calendly
* Canva
* Hotmart
* Follow up with client prospects
* Managing the support email
* Simple video editions for the training app or social media (we have SM creator and Video Editors, this is just for day by day)
* Daily, Weekly, Monthly Checklist
* Managing Social Media (IG, Facebook, Facebook Groups). We will have someone else for content creation but needs to be managed. Eg: separate videos from Stories for the content creator to make Reels, schedule the posts on the Etus platform, etc.
- Monthly videoconference meeting
- Manage hiring people, early stages of interviews, creating ads, etc.
- Run some online errands and personal assistant tasks
- 100% Microsoft Corporate environment: Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, etc. (to be installed on computer and phone with notifications). You will have your own email and account.
Requirements (must):
- Social Media experience, to be a fitness consumer, up to date with trends and how to generate engagement
- Basic digital marketing/ads knowledge
- Admin experience, Outlook
- Canva, CapCut
- Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook
- Photoshop, Snapseed
Requirement (desirable):
- Mailchimp, Adobe Premiere
- Windows laptop
Others:
- 100% online, but I need to see responsiveness and the job done
- Potential trips are on the table for the future
