Retyping and translation of scanned PDFs and images

We are looking for a freelancer to retype and translate a collection of scanned PDF documents and image-based files into editable Microsoft Word or Google Docs documents.
Project Details:
- Approximately 30-50 documents.
- Around 100-200 pages in total.
- Source language: English.
- Target languages may include Spanish, German, Arabic, Russian, or English, depending on the document assigned.
- The original formatting, including headings, tables, lists, spacing, and page layout, should be preserved as closely as possible.
- Documents mainly contain standard text with occasional tables and basic formatting.
Your responsibilities include accurately retyping the content into editable documents and translating it into the assigned target language while preserving the original meaning, tone, and context. All translations must be fluent, grammatically correct, and appropriate for native speakers of the target language.
Every completed document should be carefully proofread to eliminate typing, translation, and formatting errors before submission.
Please include your language pairs, relevant experience, estimated turnaround time, and examples of similar projects when submitting your proposal.
